I don’t have time to go through all the email headers and figure that out. It’s often not clear that much of it comes from the same sender. OMG you can get into such a quagmire the with setting up smtp in Apple Mail. I like setting up and controlling accounts in Air Mail. Easy to select different views from the side bar.ģ. The sidebar is extremely readable presenting your unified inbox and all folders as well as a smaller sidebar showing accounts with account pictures. The sidebar is dark with white text which provides a pleasant contrast to the message viewing area. It’s a larger departure from the look and feel of Apple Mail, without begin a radical change in the way the program operates. It beats the crap out of Apple’s mail, including the updated Yosimite version.Ģ. Granted this is a matter of opinion, but I really like the program. This is something you seldom hear about a mail program. But hopefully they'll be resolved soon, and the app can realize its full potential.Things I find better about Air Mail in no special order:ġ. We could still find them by logging into the Web-based mail program they were sent to, but that was an extra hassle that makes Airmail much less reliable. There is the star, of course, but you can also choose from a variety of different colored flags, or mark certain messages unread, so you remember to go back to them later on.
